2. A refundable deposit of S$100 is required. This deposit is refundable upon a written notice of withdrawal. The written notice must be given 4 weeks in advance before the end of the term in the event of withdrawal for the subsequent term.
3. All payment, inclusive of registration fees, deposit and class fees must be made in full before the commencement of classes. We accept payment by cash or cheque only. Please make cheques payable to "Rhythm In Me". Payment of fees is non-refundable, non transferable to other persons and cannot be carried forward to subsequent terms.
4. In the event of absence during the term, make-up classes will be provided but are only allowed upon 24 hours notice prior to lesson and depending on class availability. No refund will be given.
5. In case a class is affected by two closures in a term due to public holidays or governmental interventions, a refund will be given for the second affected class and no make-up classes will be provided for both the closures.
6. Rhythm In Me reserves the right to withdraw a child from class if the child is deemed to be seriously ill.
7. The parent agrees that Rhythm In Me or any persons authorised by Rhythm In Me shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, expense, injury or inconvenience suffered or incurred by the child while the child is participating in any activity connected to the Rhythm In Me programme.
8. Occasionally, class work and other Rhythm In Me's programmes will be recorded and used for media release. We require parents/guardians to sign on the Media Release Form upon registration.
9. Rhythm In Me reserves the right to change, modify or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
